FREE home edition of Renzulli Learning Systems!

MAGE has been working with Renzulli Learning Systems for the past few months. They were eager to help us, and we were eager to have them do that. In late March we finalized an agreement with them whereby we let them know what’s happening with gifted education in MA and they provide their home edition for FREE to our members. (That’s worth $50.00/family.)

Renzulli is also offering us FREE training for teachers on how to use their systems in schools at UConn this summer. (That’s worth $1,000.00/teacher!)

The system creates a profile of the student based on their interests, readiness levels, learning styles, and creativity. Then it compiles various websites and activity suggestions based on the student’s profile. This gives them something to do that they are interested in and that is at their readiness level. It can be useful at home or in the classroom as enrichment, instead of things they already know or as something to do while they are waiting for other students to finish. It can be shared among as many as 7 people, so teachers don’t feel like it’s only for your child.
