  5. Martha's Vineyard - Age 5 by October 1st

  6. Old Rochester - Age 5 by December 31st

  7. Pittsfield - Age 5 by December 1st

  8. Southern Berkshire - Age 5 by December 31st

  9. Sudbury - Age 5 by October 1st

  10. Wareham - Age 5 by October 1st
